Coconut Sugar

Coconut sugar also known as coconut blossom sugar is a palm sugar produced from the sap of the flower bud stem of the coconut palm. Coconut sugar is subtly sweet almost like brown sugar but with a slight hint of caramel. The flavor and sweetness are usually similar to table sugar or brown sugar.
